The caravan sits on a south westerly pitch which means plenty of sunshine during the day and evening

Outside there is a patio area with picnic table( seating 8)  at the side of the caravan along with a grassy area which is perfect for children and pets to play

This caravan is sited on the Woodlands area of the park which is the top tier of the park, this means your have a great view over looking all the caravans and views of the Lagoon ;but this does mean you cannot park next to the caravan, but  there is car parking on the row underneath woodlands. This may mean someone with mobilty issues may find it difficult taking their luggage up if they dont have family/friends with them to help
