The caravan benefits from three bedrooms.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed and bedrooms 2 and 3 have two single beds which can be pushed together to make doubles.

There are wardrobes in all bedrooms.

There is a shower room with a sink and then a separate toilet and sink.

There is ample dining space and a large corner sofa which is also a sofa bed.

Tv/dvd players in all 3 bedrooms. A selection of dvds to watch.

Parking space for one car on the driveway and a further car on the grass in front of the caravan.

The caravan is approximately a minute walk to the swimming pools, shop and complex. From the caravan you can see the bowling green, zip wire and bungee trampolines. It is less than a ten minute walk to the beach either through the park or via Sea lane.

Pets welcome at an additional cost

Sleeps up to 8 when using the sofa bed.
