1 : Have a look at the pages named after where the caravans are on site to see which one suits you most then check our availability and prices page.
2 : If your chosen date and caravan is showing available and you want to book then you can reserve the date on that page.
3: Once you have reserved the date and caravan you will receive a confirmation email with our bank details on.
4 : The 20% deposit now needs to be paid to secure your holiday (within 24 hours) by bank transfer,( details on your booking confirmation, card payment using the Stripe app on our website, or cash into a Lloyds bank.. If this is not received on time will will assume you no longer wish to book and the date will become available once again. If your holiday is within 8 weeks then full payment will be needed to secure your holiday. A £50 security deposit will be added to your holiday cost and then returned to you if the caravan is left tidy ( no excessive cleaning) and with no loss or damage.
5 : Once the depsoit has been paid we will then email you a receipt for your payment and confirm your holiday dates.
7: 8 weeks before your holiday starts your final balance will need to be paid. We will try to contact you once to remind you if your payment is over due then If its still not received within 24 hours we will have to assume you no longer wish to book and will re-advertise the date and your 20% deposit will be lost.
8 : Once final payment has been made you will be emailed a final receipt and then the Haven form for your passes should you want them will be sent to your home address along with other caravan information.
9 : Deposits are non refundable. ( IF the park is closed due to COVID19 than you would recieve a full refund or a change of dates will be offered. )
10 : £50 security deposits will be returned if the caravan has been left in a tidy condition with no excessive cleaning required, and no loss or damage within 10 days of your holiday ending.
11: All caravans have a key safe containing your caravan key. This will only be available from 2pm. You will receive the code with your final paperwork I send you.
PLEASE NOTE : WE NOW HAVE TO PRE REGISTER YOU WITH HAVEN, SO NEED ALL GUESTS NAMES, CAR REGISTRATION NUMBER AND ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL, HAVEN WIL THEN CONTACT YOU WITH A CAR PASS WHICH YOU MUST EITHER PRINT OUT OR BE ABLE TO SHOW ON YOUR PHONE.
