We are proud private owners of the Bay View caravan located at Littlesea Holiday Park in Weymouth, Dorset. If you are looking for affordable, high-quality self-catering accommodation for you and your family, you’ve come to the right place.

We have been letting holiday caravans at Littlesea since 2001. What began with the hire of our own caravan has grown into managing several additional caravans under Shadz Holidays, offering guests excellent value and a personal, reliable service.

Our aim has always been to provide great-value holidays while helping families create happy, lasting memories. All of our accommodation is well maintained and professionally cleaned after every stay by a trusted local cleaning company—something we consider especially important in today’s post-Covid world.

One of the key advantages of booking with private owners is knowing exactly which caravan you will be staying in, its precise location on the park, and the additional extras included—often not available when booking directly through the park. As owners who regularly stay in our own caravans, we quickly notice and resolve any small issues. Our professional cleaning team also works to a very high standard and reports anything requiring attention.

Over the years, we have carefully equipped our Bay View caravan with everything you might reasonably need for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Family-Friendly Comforts

Our Bay View caravan is thoughtfully equipped to suit all ages. Children can enjoy books, games, and toys, while adults can relax with books, DVDs, and puzzles during quieter moments. We also offer free use of essential family items such as travel cots, bed guards, high chairs, and door guards—saving you valuable car space. Our Journey at Littlesea

We originally started on a Swan View pitch, later moving to Chickerell View for around two years. In 2012, we relocated to the Bay View area, which offers stunning views across the Fleet Lagoon. This move also introduced a caravan with front-opening double doors leading onto a veranda—perfect for enjoying Littlesea’s beautiful sunsets.

In 2016, we upgraded to a Swift Moselle, and in 2023 we welcomed a brand-new Atlas Chorus three-bedroom caravan. In addition to Bay View, we also have a second caravan at littlesea on West Acres that we manage for an owner .  We also proudly manage two lovely caravans at Haven Church Farm in Pagham, West Sussex.

Excellent Value & Natural Surroundings

Our prices are typically lower than booking directly with the park—sometimes saving guests hundreds of pounds—without compromising on quality or comfort.

Bay View is also home to wonderful local wildlife. Badgers often visit the area in the evenings, and you may occasionally spot a fox—or, if you’re very lucky, even deer.
