From start to finish the Sunningdale is the perfect contempory living space, giving you plenty of comfy seating in the lounge, complete with free standing dining tabe and 4 chairs. 

The lounge has a 40" TV, a XBOX 360 games console and games, DVDs 

The Cleverly designed split kitchen creates a real focal point. Innovatively seperating the cooking and washing areas. 

There is a generous master bedroom with designer hedbord. It has a 22" tv so you dont have to leave your bed to watch  TV

There is also an unusal L shaped twin bedroom with a layout that maximises the space as the beds are postioned at a 90 degree angle

The other twin bedroom is also unusal and the beds are in a straight line so both foot ends are together. 

The Sunningdale is a firm favourite for holiday makers and private owners alike.

A travel cot is provided free of charge to use

Veranda with Bistro table and chairs

Hoover, hair dryer and window airer are also provided

Car parking is on the grassy area next to the caravan.
