Church Farm 2021 availablity and prices

Please make sure you abide by the current rules for the areas of your holidays such as rules of only one family to stay, how many can meet inside and out etc

 

To book a table in the show bar ( passes needed) or to book a table in the Mash and barrel restuarant ( no pass needed)  go to

There is limited capacity due to Covid, things can change as we go along. We will provide you with the form to to take to reception to try and purchase the play passes, these are sujbect to availability . You will need to make sure their are activities to book prior to buying passes as they are none refundable. Haven have added another slot in the show bar to try and allow as many peole to enjoy using it as much as they can. Please do ask at reception what the situaltion is when you arrive.

 

Please follow social distances at all times, no more than 2 households mixing outdoors, mixing  indoors to remain as one household.

 

We only supply you with a holiday caravan to stay in, we have no control over Haven facilities, these may be restricted in what is open, what numbers of people they can accomodate , passes are available to purchase on arrival subject to availability, these are needed for certain things but there are activties that are not included and are at a extra cost

When your guests arrive on park, they’ll need to present their registration code. This is sent directly to them in an email once you (the owner) has registered them to arrive with us. 

 
 

Your guests will need to take the Play Pass purchase form to Reception. The Reception team will be able to confirm if there are Play Passes available to purchase for their break. To ensure your guests get the best value from buying a Play Pass, we will only sell them if we know the guest can book to use our facilities such as the pools and entertainment venues.

 

Please make sure your guests are aware that we may not always be able to sell a Play Pass.

 

If a Play Pass has been purchased, they will be able to book swimming, tables in our entertainment venues and activities from the booking points on park. The Reception team will direct them to where those are.

 

 

If your guest does not purchase a Play Pass, they will still be able to book a table once on park in our restaurants to enjoy a meal (subject to availability), and order from our takeaway food outlets.

 

Enjoying our facilities safely

 

When entering an indoor or outdoor venue all our guests and owners will be required to provide their details upon arrival.

 
 

We'll ask you to enter your details via the NHS Track and Trace app. Simply download the NHS Track and Trace app onto your phone (if you don’t already have it) follow the set-up details and then use the app to scan yourself into our venues using the QR code provided. To ensure you’re best prepared for your holiday, we recommend downloading the app in advance so you’re ready to go as soon as you arrive!

 

If you do not have your phone with your or choose not to download the app, you will be asked to manually register which may delay your entry to the venue.
