2025 play passes cost

for both Littlesea and Church Farm

Private letting guests can purchase Play Passes online if:

• They have paid in full, then once we have registred you with the park you can then go to  owners.haven.com

• The arrival date is between 7TH March 2025 to  the end of the 2025 season

• The date and duration matches a Haven holiday (Monday for 4 or 7 nights, Friday for 3 or 7 and Saturday for 7 nights)

What a Play Pass includes:

A Play Pass will give private letting guests; access to pre-book free and paid activities for all ages, access to swimming pools, access to all entertainment and arcades.

How it works:

Private letting guests can purchase a Play Pass and book activities, and restaurant tables, 12 weeks before the day of arrival. They can also use their Play Pass to book swimming sessions 4 weeks before their arrival too.

For example, if your guest is arriving on Saturday 20 May, they can book a swimming session from Saturday 22 April. And if the guest wants to book a restaurant table or any activities, they can book from Saturday 25 Feb. To buy passes, please go to: haven.com/play-pass

For Play Passes a child is 4-15yrs and an adult is 16yrs+. Infants aged 0-3yrs old will not require a Play Pass. Play Passes will need to be purchased for all adults and children registered to arrive.

If a private letting guest wishes to purchase passes when they get to park, they can do so, and the same price will apply. Play Passes for any duration or arrival dates that do not coincide with a Haven holiday must be purchased on park, subject to availability.

Swimming -  Guests can book up to 14 swim sessions for their break in advance. Booking opens 4 weeks before their arrival date.

Activities - Free activities and the ones the a guest needs to pay a little extra for can be booked 12 weeks before their arrival date.

Restaurants - Guests can either turn up and wait to be seated or they can pre-book a table up to 12 weeks before their arrival date.

Entertainment - Our entertainment venue is first come, first served, so private letting guests will just need to show their Play Passes to watch the entertainment. They can view the full entertainment schedule online - here

If Play Passes are purchased after the booking window has opened, the park cannot guarantee availability for swimming sessions or activities. The guest will not be given a refund if they no longer require the passes.

Terms and conditions:

Play Passes give private letting guests access to our swimming pools, activities and most other leisure and entertainment facilities at the park during your stay, some facilities/activities/venues need to be pre-booked.

If you just want to be able to use the restaurant and bar, arcade, outside play areas etc you do not need to buy a pass as these things are free to access. At Church Farm you need to go to reception and collect a special free pass to use these facilities , to prove you are booked in and staying on park.
