1 : Have a look at the pages named after where the caravans are on site to see which one suits you most then check our availability and prices page.
2 : If your chosen date and caravan is showing available and you want to book then please double check the date and caravan is still availble by email, phone or text.
3: Once we have confirmed availability please complete our online booking form. If this is not done then you will not be able to take the holiday.
4: We will acknowledge receipt of your form by email.
5 : The 20% deposit now needs to be paid to secure your holiday (within 24 hours) by bank transfer, card or payment into a Lloyds bank. If paying by cheque we then allow up to 3 working days. If this is not received on time will will assume you no longer wish to book and the date will become available once again. If your holiday is within 8 weeks then full payment will be needed to secure your holiday. A £50 security deposit will be added to your holiday cost and then returned to you if the caravan is left tidy and with no loss or damage.
6 : Once the depsoit has been paid we will then email you a receipt for your payment and confirm your holiday dates.
7: 8 weeks before your holiday starts your final balance will need to be paid. We will try to contact you once to remind you if your payment is over due then If its still not received within 24 hours we will have to assume you no longer wish to book and will re-advertise the date.
8 : Once final payment has been made you will be emailed a final receipt and then the Haven form for your passes should you want them will be sent to your home address along with other caravan information.
9 : Deposits are non refundable.
10 : £50 security deposits will be returned if the caravan has been left in a tidy condition with no loss or damage within 7 days of your holiday ending.
11: All caravans have a key safe containing your caravan key. This will only be available from 2pm. You will receive the code with your final paperwork I send you.
